The visual arts department provides a comprehensive visual art program. In addition to furnishing many opportunities for our students to pursue a career in the arts after high school, Riverwood also provides a solid foundation of creativity, problem solving, and confidence building that can only be found in the arts. The students from the visual arts program at Riverwood have been recognized locally, at the state level, and nationally in various visual art arenas.
